Infrastructure

We have a sophisticated infrastructural setup that spans over 4500 sq. ft. This infrastructure is divided into different sub-units, including procurement, manufacturing, quality testing, warehousing and packaging, R&D, and sales & marketing. It is equipped with modern tools and machinery to efficiently meet the urgent requirements of our clients.

Unigraphics NX-4-5: Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is the use of computer systems to assist in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design. Asia Steels has extensive expertise in metal casting, complemented by CAD design and pattern making. Casting is most often used to create complex shapes that would otherwise be difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods.

CAM: Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) is the use of computer software to control machine tools and related machinery in the manufacturing of workpieces. We use Delcam Power Mill & Power Shape, which includes electrode-making facilities. Delcam is unique among CAD/CAM suppliers in offering its software as a complete solution, including customization to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
